Recent work

Clients are described by the kind of business they run, not by name.

  • Two inside-sales staff at a shared desk, one on a headset writing up an order and one on the phone holding a sheet, beside a glass wall onto the shop floor where two operators work a press brake.

    A B2B manufacturer

Orders from a 28-person sales team, sent by email and phone, now go straight into the ERP.

    Groups
    AutomateConnect
  • A finance manager works through printed statements at a long oak table in a townhouse office lined with binders, a cup of coffee and a closed laptop beside her.

    A family office

Four accounting systems now feed one consolidated P&L.

    Groups

  • A crew re-roofs a brick house: one roofer nails shingles at the ridge, another carries a bundle up a ladder, and the foreman checks a clipboard beside the pickup in the drive.

Most projects cross more than one line.

Three common shapes of project, and the groups each one draws on.

An operations upgrade

For example, a team that runs on spreadsheets moves onto a system made for how it works.

  • Build. A custom CRM replaces the spreadsheets.

  • Connect. It is connected to accounting and payments.

  • Automate. An assistant drafts follow-ups for the team to check.

  • Run. We host it and support it afterwards.

A website rebuild

For example, a new website with a lead pipeline behind it.

  • Build. A new website your team can update.

  • Connect. Enquiries go straight into a lead pipeline.

  • Run. We host it, watch it and keep it up to date.

An AI rollout for a team

For example, putting AI to work across a team, starting with what is worth automating.

  • Advise. We work out what is worth automating first.

  • Automate. The team gets set up with AI tools and one custom assistant.

  • Run. We support the team after the rollout.

How a project runs

Each step ends with something in your hands before the next one starts.

  1. A call

Thirty minutes about whatโ€™s slowing you down. If you donโ€™t need custom work, weโ€™ll say so.

    You get
    An honest answer
    Time
    Thirty minutes
  2. A one-page spec

What weโ€™ll build, how long it takes, and a firm price, before any work starts.

    You get
    The spec, yours to keep
    Time
    Two to five days
  3. The build

We build what the spec says, and you see the product take shape as we go.

    You get
    A working demo every week
    Time
    Two to ten weeks
  4. Launch, then support

We put it live and fix what breaks for thirty days, then a support plan if you want one.

    You get
The live product, owned by you outright
    Time
    Thirty days of fixes

Questions

Something else on your mind? Ask it in the form below.

What does a project cost?

Most projects are fixed price, agreed on a one-page spec before work starts, so you know the cost before you commit. The first call is free.

How long does it take?

A website rebuild usually takes three to six weeks, a custom CRM six to ten, an AI assistant two to four, a mobile app eight to twelve, and an integration one to three. The spec gives you a firm date.

Who owns what you build?

You do, outright: the code, the designs and the data. At the end we hand over every account and password.

What if AI is the wrong answer for us?

Then weโ€™ll tell you on the first call, and point you to whatever will work, even if that isnโ€™t us.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of fixes, then an optional support plan covering hosting, updates and help when something breaks.

Whatโ€™s the job your team would most like to stop doing by hand?

Tell us a little about it and weโ€™ll set up a thirty-minute call.
